COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mettler Toledo AB304-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rochester-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm-Stretcher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--R product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rochester-Instruments such as the D1049841 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AH387288U001 manufactured by Eurotherm-Stretcher and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm-Stretcher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C0028031 by Manufacturer B--R as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand CLV4900011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Astro-Med such as DASH8 equipment made by Astro-Med have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astro-Med products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astro-Med" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR1B571S11 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CPS3D208240 original spares produced by Alco-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS021W050DS5500FW by Indramat and DASH8 spares by Astro-Med are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D212956 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tocco. |
